Call transfer issue
Hi, we have two offices with one account (and one extension) per office. On both we have a Gigaset N510 Ip Pro with one cordless R560H Pro.
All works good, but when we try to transfer the external call between extensions (attended transfer) the transfer works, but after some seconds on the phone that has transferred the call, a strange call back to it (with the other extension ID) and we must reject it.
If we transfer the call using codes (## extension number) all works perfectly.
Have a solution for this?

This must be due to SIP messages received from the phone. You could record a SIP trace to see whats happening after a few seconds.

How we can record a sip trace? Have suggestion?

This feature is available from the "System Log" tab, but only for Soho, Premium, and PRO accounts :-)
