our lines are down for 2 days
Any idea who can I contact regarding the lines being down for the last 2 days? We had patience and thought things will be resolved automatically as they always does, but nothing happened until now.

We've done a reset of your PBX by clicking "Submit & Start" in "Personal Data".

thanks for the help. I've pressed one more time the start and submit button and now everything is back to normal. This thread can be now closed.
