Reseller account, how to?

Could someone show me where i can find information about how the reseller part works.
If i, from my main account (reseller account) clicks order premium account.. -I'm sent to a new page where i can upgrade an account. If i type in a new account name I'm sent to my PayPal account. After paying this new account (which have no password) i can go back to pbxes, but I'm of course not able to log into this new account without a password. I'm just loosing my money.
If i just make a new account and upgrade it, i don't get the reseller discount.

You can only upgrade existing accounts. So the steps are as follows:

Create a new account.
Log in to your main account (reseller account) and upgrade the new account from there.

Following these steps will show "Reseller Account" in the shop and give you the discount.

Yes, the 5,45 Euros are lost because you upgraded a non existing account. We have a no refund policy especially if the amount is so small.

The software now checks for the existence of the entered account name.
