Billing Issue

Hi,

We subscribed to and tested this service around this time last year. We unfortunately found that it wasn't a good fit and thought we canceled the subscription. Unfortunately our billing department was confused and didn't realize the subscription was still active. We have just now canceled through PayPal and would like to request a refund for the subscription going back to Jun 2017 when you can see in our activity log, all outbound calls ceased. Please email correspondence and provide email to respond to.
