Problems with invoices (again)

Hi, like some months ago, we have problems with your invoices, again. From 16th of January we don't receive any invoices of our 20 accounts. How can we solve this strange issue?

We changed mail server on January 22, 2018. Looks okay from our side:

Email from your address also does not get bounced back. Do you have any spam filters activate that could possibly have deleted these invoices?

No, i've checked the spam folder, but nothing.
The latest invoices received was of 16 Jan, and nothing i've changed on the email box.
this problem has already happened again, and I was forced to change emails.
I've no ideas, the email box works perfectly, i receive a lot of email per day.
Is there another system to find the invoices not received?
