Call recording based on specific queue
Hiya,
Is it possible to specify recording all conversations based on them coming in on a specific queue, rather than just all calls on a specific extension.
Specifically, we'll have two users whose extensions will respond to specific departments or direct dial numbers and I don't want to have these calls recorded automatically. But if either of those same users receive a call from say a "customer services" queue, I want the ability to record those calls automatically.
