received fax not sent to mail

I have setup an extension to received faxes.

when calling this number the fax works and I can sent faxes to the did number.

In the setup I have given my mail address where to fax should be sent to.

I have tried 2 different mail addresses but I do not revieve a fax. To test this I sent a fax to myself and the sending fax says it was succesfull in sending the fax.

Is there a problem with the fax to mail part or am i doing something wrong.
