Soho subscription cancelled

I have changed some details in PayPal that has cancelled my Soho account. It was for a month starting 18 March. How do I recover the remainder of my subscription?

Please create a new subscription. It is too complicated for our accounting to process a refund in this case because the amount is less than $10. Thank you for your understanding.
