No sending to voicemail

Hello,

On 2 different SOHO accounts that we have, calls are not being sent to voicemail after 30 seconds as set up in General Settings. Instead, the calls are being terminated.

How can we fix this?

For testing it's good to set the ring timer even shorter than 30s. Check by directly calling your extension first (without a ring group or so) and make sure voicemail is enabled on your extension.
