yellow light

I noticed that is the telephones are green in the status panel they call but nor ring (busy on the other side) how can I make the green lights become yellow?

A better question will be: why I can call FROM a new extension but when I try to call this extension is always busy. The light is green in the status and an incoming route for that number is set... so what can be?

See the help screen of the status display (appears when you click on the question mark on top). Yellow indicated an extension registered as an agent, either static or dynamic, to a queue.
