Blacklisted and Call cannot be completed as dieled

Hey there,

I can't call cell phones anymore. I get the voice message Your call cannot be completed as dialed and on Caller Monitor I see:

"blacklisted by gasparrisoft"b

Other destinations work fine.

How to fix this issue?
