Problem with incoming calls
Hello, I have been trying to solve this problem too long now and i really need help! Pascal took a brief look at it some time ago. I can make calls with no problem whatsoever but when I receive a call 9 time out of 10 the caller cannot hear me although I can hear them perfectly. I tried to change softphones, codecs, lan settings everythng but nothing worked. As Pascal when looked at it said it could see the packets reaching pbxes I wonder if the problem could be that packets are lost between pbxes and cheapnet (cheapnet.it is my VOIP provider)? Please help me out as I am becoming very frustrated.
RE: Problem with incoming calls
The next step is to find out if this is specific to your provider or terminal equipment. Please make some testcalls inbound from a second provider and let us know the results.
If i connect directly with the provider I have no problem with incoming calls, however I tried voxalot and have the same issue. Coulf it be related to my lan? (I am behind a router/firewall)
RE: Problem with incoming calls
To find out you need a second provider (like cheapnet) in your PBXes account.
