Account blocked

I just received an email from you that my account is disabled for the below reasons:
---
This can have the following reasons:

* You violated our terms of service for free accounts.
* You exceeded your minutes quota during a past month.
* You failed to make a payment.
---
This was a free account. As far as I am aware I did not do anything that is prohibited in the ToS.

since I would like to continue using your services I temporarily upgraded my account so that I can write you here.

Can you please tell me what exactly happened? I honestly have no idea what prompted you to block me without warning. I would like to know what it is I did so that I stop doing it.

Thank you for your help in this matter!

RE: Account blocked

You created this account as a second free account. Our terms only allow you to have one free account. If you have more than one you have to pay. Didn't you get our warning emails explaining that? Please check your spam folder.

RE: Account blocked

Thanks for your quick reply.

OK, I understand it now. It wasn't intentional, Just wanted to use a different e-mail address/username, that's all. Once I created the new one, I cleaned up the previous one, i.e. I think I removed all trunks/extensions, etc. I simply didn't delete the account, because I didn't find an option to do so. I just found it and have now removed the account.

No, I haven't received any warning e-mails from you, just double checked my spam folder unglücklich. Anyway, not a big deal, since now I know what the reason was. Also, I have now whitelisted your domain.

Can you confirm that now that I only have one account, I can go back to free after the end of this month with no problem?

Thanks again!

RE: Account blocked

Yes you can. I've cleared the flags.
