Problem with suscription

We acquired a PBX Premium, but cancelled a PBX Premium suscription instead of Soho from PayPal. Paypal did the payment, but we are suscribing to Soho account, if there any way to change the PBX Premium plan this month? (We did the payment of PBX Premium plan), thanks
