UKDDI registration works only for few minutes

I have setup an UKDDI trunk that receives incoming calls just fine when I set it up. However, it stops working only after a few minutes.

Everytime that I make changes, even changes not related to UKDDI trunk, the incoming calls works again for few minutes.

Any idea what is wrong?

Update:

The problem is with UKDDI. I requested a new number outside of London and the new number works just fine.
