I have soho account and G729. The codec don't go on PBXes, the voice mail don't register the message, WHY???

yes is active G729, the voice mail is active and don't register, there are a big problem with my account, is old... i dont know, you can delete my account? i pay for g729 and soho.

In general options there is a field "g.729 (1 channel)". Have you ticked it?

Ok G729 functionally, there are the problem with answer machine, don't recording the leave message. In my home page of PBxEs i see this WARNING: You have not set a password for your SIP extension 8021231348 but this extension not exist, please verify.

Have you searched for your lost voicemail messages on the web (via the extension login)?
