Confused, is my account missing or still alive somewhere?
Hi Sir,
I had a free account.
On June 25, my phone didn't work, I tried log in my PBXES account but no matter how many times the login attempts always failed (I am pretty sure the username/password are all correct).
Then I tried to recreate a new account using exact the same username/password info, surprisingly it succeeded!
so I believe my previous account must have been eliminated because during my setting up everything the system didn't give me any warnings eg. registering an account with existing usernames, setting up a trunk against an existing trunk etc.
However a few days later I got an email saying I had registered more than one account, I should upgrade it otherwise it will be disabled...
This is confusing, where has my old account gone?
If the old account isn't gone then why I was able to recreate a new account with 100% same info as the old account?
What can I do to fix this issue and not being said that I am violating the policy?
Your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
