Hello,

I would like to know when I have to cancel my subscription of my soho account to downgrade to a free account.
Last month I cancelled the paypal subscription but my account was blocked and I had to pay again to have access to my account and to this forum.
I had made my payment today so, can I cancel today my subscription?

You cannot downgrade this account to a free one because you created more than one. We've sent you emails about this. Only one account is free.

Hi ip-tel,

and thank you for your answer...
yes you are right, but the accounts were deleted on 2012... this is only my active account... I don't have access to another account becouse they were deleted.
I wolud like to have this account, and because I only have 5 ext I would like to downgrade...

I will be glad if this is possible.
