How to contact PBXes to get refund?
I'm flummoxed here trying to find a way to reach a human being to get a refund set up for a PBXes Pro account that was inadvertently renewed. The only support mechanism I can find requires me to pay, which is kind of ridiculous when it's a billing issue.
Anyone here know to reach someone at PBXes?

I can only find a Soho account for "nei...". This one was immediately canceled after paying for another year.
What I can offer you is, if you re-subscribe yearly, we will refund you one year. We cannot give you the Soho account without an active Paypal subscription.

I have an active paypal account - the charge was put through there.
In the email I received the invoice # was 1RA61572G5268434G, and the paypal transaction # is 3KV04894UL1658602.

I'm not fully understanding the "sign up for a year" solution - can't you just reverse the paypal transaction?

No, we won't refund if you did not cancel your subscription in time. If you renew for another year, and then cancel.
We can reactivate your Soho account, but only with an active Paypal subscription (not an active Paypal account). It has to be a subscription payment for a Soho account.
When you recreate a new annual subscription we will refund you the year. So you will not have to double pay for it.

Okay, I just started a new SOHO subscription. Transaction ID was 26669666T1706292Y - could I please get this refunded ASAP so the funds can go back onto my credit card?
