Hi,

As of half an hour ago all my extensions are disconnected and are unable to reconnect. X-Lite gives the error message: Problem at server, error 408. I'm on www3.

You should register to pbxes.org (not pbxes.com), as documented in HELP section (Getting Started). There was a 15 minute downtime on pbxes.com.
