traurig Call Recording: File not found! 404

I set up the extentions for recording on demand, dial *1 on the telephone and I seee the recording in the call monitor panel in the main panel of the pbx. That's 100% fine. When I click on the file to listent to it or to download I get the message:
FILE NOT FOUND 404

what doese it mean?
