IP addresses

Hi,
one of my current SIP trunk provider (that is also the ISP of my home vdsl connection) change his policy and now for connection generated outside his network request to have IP addresses of PBX services to enable to connect.
Where I can retrieve on which server my account is hosted and what is the IP address used by PBXES to connect to the SIP trunk ?

doesn't seems to be visible from the interface...
