HI,

I used to have a soho account that was recently disabled apparently due to exceeding monthly quota. I purchased a premium upgrade but the account is still disabled. What is the reason for it still being disabled? What do I need to do to get it enabled?

Your account should be enabled (otherwise you would not been allowed to post to the forum). What message do you get? In which respect is it not fully enabled?

It is OK now (probably needed some time to sync with PayPal), but when it was disabled, trying to log in would popup a message saying that "the account was disabled - possible reasons ...." and would transfer me to the purchase an upgrade page. It did allow mew to browse and post the forum, just not to manage my extensions.
