Force regular hours

can't seem to get the regular / after hours feature working, I have the Regular Hours on one incoming route set to '8:30-17:30' and 'mon-fri' but at this time incoming calls are going to my After Hours destination and I've had to set the 'force regular hours' for the time being.
What am I missing?
