cancellation of PayPal subscription for one year

Hi,
I have one year subscription for premium account. PayPal close my account in connection with a change in the place of the residence. I'm open new PayPal account, but now i'm lose my PBXes Premium subscription (and 2 dealers subscriptions) for one year.
With the cancellation of annual year subscription you do not wait until the end of year period and you immediately close it?

How to return my subscriptions. Or i need pay for new?

When i registred my first PayPal account i live at another place. PayPal chek the address and close acount.
