Bug registering call time in Call Monitor Log
Hi There,
There is a bug in your system computing call times. I received an email stating that I had used more than 8,000 minutes in the month of march 2013 and that I needed to subscribe 2 premium accounts or my account would be closed.
I took a close look at my call monitor log and I saw a post on 2013-03-08 @ 18:37:23 for a call to my cell phone that lasted 133 hours 2 minutes and 51 seconds. I believe you understand this is not possible and that there is some kind of mistake or error in your system.
Please correct the situation so my account will not be closed.

I am having the same problem. I added two more premium accounts before I realized their was an error. Is it possible to get a refund?
