Custom hours for ring groups or webcall ?
Hello everyone !
Sorry if this is somewhere on the forum, i didn't find it.
Basically here is my problem:
Webcall features seams to work on ring groups OR extension ONLY, and none of those have schedules (reg hours etc).
Webcall features is GREAT if my customer can use it to get in touch with me, without paying long-distance call or having to get a 1-800
But how to get this feature, without being woke up in the middle of the night ?
Feature request, or is there an existing solution I didn't think about ?
