Payment processed twice
Accidently our Soho account has been charged twice from June 13, 2012. I have just cancelled both memberships through the PayPal control panel:
S-7EX27008EG846464J (14 jun 2012)
S-6BH13503NH518390G (13 jun 2012)
Please refund the monthly fees charged from 14 June 2012 - 14 December 2012 (7 months, 22,75 euro total) to our PayPal account.
Right now i will sign up once again for a new membership.
This topic can be removed as soon as the refund has been processed.

You are right. You had two Soho subscriptions although you only needed one. Because this is too far in the past, I have credited you 15 Euros of personal support.

Hi, I had a soho account, but there were a problem with the paypal account for renewal. Trying to avoid the disruption of soho features, I subscribed again with another paypal account. I was charged with $5.95 yesterday (Feb 26th). Although, today I recieved a deactivation soho account notice. Please help to reactivate my soho account.
