Can no longer play voicemail and call recordings

For the lsast few days we have been unable to play our voicemail files from the e-mails and neither can we play the call recording files.

Previously clicking on the link would open a window and play the sound file. Now the window opens but nothing happens.

Was something changed? I've confirmed this is the case on 4 different PC so it's not a PC problem.
