RE: Different truncks different languages doesn't work

For language selection PBXes identifies the trunk by IP address. If the call does not come from the same IP that PBXes registered the trunk to, the default language is chosen.

This can happen in some cases if a SIP provider balances load to several servers.

The default language is set under Personal Data.

RE: Different truncks different languages doesn't work

Both of your trunks, the Italian and the UK ones, are on the same IP. PBXes cannot distinguish them for language selection.

but if I use 2 different extension it works.

For example

trunck uk ---> english language ----> extension 100
trunck it ---> italian language ----> extension 200

in this case if I am busy answers the correct language.

It seems to be an extension problem not a trunck one.
Maybe I didn't explain well the problem?
