Restore queues

So,

24h grace period should not be called grace period since there is nothing graceful about deleting peoples queues if they fail to renew a subscription in 24h. Too harsh IMO.

24h-lucky-if-you-read-your-mail-and-if-you-not-we-kill-your-business-period is a more fitting description.

Now, can I somehow get my queues back like it was before?
