Merging accounts?

Hi,

since there is no other way of contacting (or should I rather say: "replying to") anyone from the server staff without paying a hefty fee, I'm making this post here. Today I have received an e-mail from pbxes stating that you "noticed" I have two accounts registered with your service. That is not true. One account belongs to me, another to my fiance. Since we both wish to continue using our accounts on current terms, I would kindly like to request not to have any of the accounts deleted.

Is this possible?
