All extensions DOWN
All my extensions were down by 6PM (EDT) no registration.
Even routes for incoming lines been forwarded to outside # are not working.
Any estimates to reestablish the service?

After 5 hours I still have all extensions down. Anybody else is with the same problem? Or any problem at all?

We restarted your PBX (Submit & Start in Personal Data). This may become necessary in some cases (see FAQ). Your extensions are now registering again.

I really feel the hit.
There is no way to contact support for a paid (SOHO) acct when the service is down?
I though I could passed all the weekend with no service and no way to have somebody taking a look in the problem.
