Simens IP450S - Congestion.... no incoming connections

Hi,

I have an issue with my Siemns IP450S gateway.
I set up the connection - first day everything was working perfect....
and now i have just this:

Feb 8 16:27:46 VERBOSE[27643] logger.c: == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)

All my lines are like this. On the same gateway I have 2 other providers defined - and everything works perfectly - no issues.

Result is that I can not call my internal numbers as those are busy....
And of course the inbound rule is not working in that case - so all people have busy signal.

Any idea what is going on and why it was working fine before???
