Calling an Extension from CallThru

I am trying to achive the following:

-Call a DID pointed to the callthru gateway.
-Once presented with a dialtone dial an extension within my PBXes acct

I have tried:
-Simply dialing the extension number...(with no Outbound route handling it)
-Adding another one (not the one being called) of my PBXes extentions as a Trunk and setting up an outbound rule to handle 3 digit calls (rule is 9|XXX)...

But so far:

Case 1:
2012-01-04 13:07:19 "A MXXX" <416651xxxx> 102 ­ from-internal-cont Busy 00:00:00

Case 2:
2012-01-04 12:56:33 "A MXXX" <416651xxx> 9102 ­ PBXes from-internal-cont ResetCDR 00:00:05

Am I missing something ... any help would be appreciated.
