Auto recall after every outbound call

After every outbound call - when the call is terminated, we are experiencing an automatic call to the same (original) number that was called. This just began 3-4 days ago.

This has happened for me when I used a nokia phone and didn't setup connection type to UDP from "auto". Don't know why but when I changed it to UDP
