voicemail bug in portuguese/brazilian

With the extension in english, dialing *97
press 0 - mailbox options
then
press 1 - unavailable
press 2 - busy message
press 3 - name
press 4 - temporary
press 5 - to set password
...
in English the voice prompts are 100% correct

When dialing *97 with the extension in portuguese, you hear in portuguese/brazilian
press 0 - mailbox options (correct)
then
press 1 - unavailable (correct)
press 2 - busy message (correct)
press 3 - name (correct)
press 4 - to set password (WRONG)
...


Could you please check this issue?
I was pressing 4 and always getting the temporary message set up. If the caller presses 5 in portuguese is able to set the new password, the problem in only the voice prompts.
