voicemail to email

Hi

I have configured ring groups that wil route to my voicemail if no destination answers.
When testing it from another phone I hear my welcome greeting if I don't pick up and I can record a message.
When dialing *97 to listen to my voicemail I can listen to the incoming message.
But I never receive an email although I have configured in my extension to send emails and in the call monitor I don't see recordings attached to these calls?

Have you checked a second email address, just to be sure that everything is okay with receiving emails from us? You can also pick up your voicemail by logging into to your extension thru our web interface (see Help).
