This is jiust a question for people using IPTel regularly...

The only outage of the system so far was on Feb 7 and lasted from afternoon til midnight. In addition there were about five short maintenances neccessary each of them for about 20 minutes. The service is running for more than two months now. So the average availability is greater than 99%.

If you observe anything else this must be related to other factors than system availability. This could be interworking with providers, terminal equipment or specific features.
