Play message and hangup

I would like to assign an extension (say 1010 for example) and have it play a message to the caller and then hangup. How do I go about this?

Basically, when we close (varys, so auto forward isn't an option) we forward calls by dialling *21*<destination> Call Forwarding Unconditional Activation.

Excellent service by the way.

use a queue with a join announcement, then set it to hangup.
