Calls drop

I have the following problem ;

When I dial in the phone rings but drops after 2 rings. When i look in the call monitor I can see the incomming call but in the collumn App it says "congestion".
Does anybody know what i do wrong?

When i set call forwarding for the extension it forwards the call. So it looks to me that it has something to do with the settings of the extension.

Solved the problem. I set the handoff to yes.

Unfortunatly i now seem to have one way audio issues
