Callback not working

I have today upgraded my account to Soho to get callback. I have setup all the necessary steps and when calling the callback number from my mobile, presently in Saudi, I receive the voicemail message from my DID provider Messagenet saying that the number is busy and leave a message. So the callback is answered by Messagenet voicemai and is charged and no callback.

I have solved the case. had to disable voicemail on busy signal at Messagenet.
