Cannot connect any SIP extension via softphone

I have been unable to connect to pbxes.org for sometime now with any softphone. Is there a problem with the system? I enter my username and password, but can't register any device! Please help. This is a waste of money if I can't make use of it!

• What kind of Internet connection are you trying to connect through?
• What kind of router / firewall are you trying to connect through?
• Are you running a software firewall on your PC?
