On Hold Music Category Files Arranged by what?

Hi
I know it mast be sound dumm but
On Hold Music Category Files Arranged by what
File size-NO, Name-No,Date time-No.
All above I checked and no luck

Purpose:
I am using Queues for Receptionist and on hold music same for all but announcement needs to be different every 3 minutes. So i decided instead of using announcement upload extra .wav file to same category to be played after music.
Not sure if this work but struggle to organise it

you could fail a queue over to another queue that has that join message you want
