What phone ok for PBXes

Hi everyone

I am quit new to pbx but had my luck setting up PAP2 ,SPA3120,Fritzbox 7170 .
I am quit confuse I am trying to buy the desk phones which I'll connect to FritzBox.
I need few simple features like: hold,transfer,conference push buttons or I can program memory buttons for it.
I was looking quit hard and come across that some phones not suitable for residential use only for PBX or 3Coms or Meridian etc.
As far I understand logicically Nortel Astra Ascom may not be suitable for FritzBox but I hope I am wrong?
I am not using ISDN line but can I use ISDN phone? I guess not.

My luck of knowledge driving me crazy but luck of time killing any opportunities.
So please advice me what PHONE best to buy for day to day business.

Any help will be very appreciated
