When using a digital receptionist, allow to dial direct to extention

Hi,

I'd like to do the following scenario -
The digital receptions says
"Hello, welcome to Yada Yada... if you know your paries extension please dial it now. For support press 1, for billing press 2...."

But when I try to dial an extention (e.g. 211) it doesn't "go" there.
How can I fix this?
