plus sign

I need a dialing rule to replace +32456789012 with 0456789012. How do I do that? TIA.

RE: plus sign

In the Outbound route configuration, place this +32|456789012 rule in the Custom Dial Patterns field. Then place this rule 0+456789012 rule in the Dial Rules field of the Trunk you intend to send the call through.

Obviously you can use wildcard notation in order to make it more generic, if you know the country's dial-plan.
