All extension failed to Register

All extension failed to register, www3.pbxes.com has some problem. Last two day some how I was using www4.pbxes.com without any problem.
Status shows all extension green, even not configured one too.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have been able to find and fix a bug that upset a few accounts when they were moved back from www4 to www3 today.
