4 hours ago we got an email that our account is disabled. We paid 1 year premium account 2 months ago, but you still take a monthly fee of 10 EUR. Why?
Can you please enable our account again, we paid for it.

Otherwise, you will have to wait until they reply to your thread.

Your account was taken down because Paypal reported an unauthorized use of the Paypal account associated to it. This issue needs to be resolved before your account can be enabled again.

Seems like a good reason to introduce another payment provider.
