Its almost a week now that my phones can not logon to the pbxes system.
Since I am on www1 (when logging in from the web it shows me www1.pbxes.com as the url.)
I tried to enter the specific URL of this server as my login information (http://188.40.65.148 ) with no better results. I even tried all the other urls per your list www1-www5.
What went wrong on your system since I did not change anything here?

Hi Dany,
www1 is working with no problems for me.
If your phones will not login to pbxes.org correctly you should first reset your pbx by going to the personal data page and the restart button.
If no improvement then your account needs checking by pbxes management.

I am just a user like you, If you are sure that your settings are absolutely correct then your account needs checking by IPTel.

Thanks for your reply. I am using a Gradndstream IP phone for quite some time and all was working fine. The phone has 4 lines -other connected to other IP phone providers and are all working fine. Since The other lines work fine, I assume there is no problem with the ISP or router.
I checked the user name and passwords for the extensions as they appear in the extension settings of the PBXes. I actually copied the user name and password of the extension from the pbxes and pasted them into the Grandstream settings, so they must be OK. (with domain being www1 =>http://188.40.65.148)
Stil the phone can notregister. I can send the exact settings of the phone to show you it is as it was till a week ago and worked fine and as it should be, but still it is not registering.
I even installed an X-Lite softphone and used the same settings as in the pbxes (with domain being www1 =>http://188.40.65.148). it did not register either.
I don't know what else to try to get this resolved.
Please help.

Look into your PBXes' System Log. Searching for "received" you will find your attempts to register for solverglobal-301 and our test for solverglobal-202. This should help configuring your extensions.
